This blueberry cardamom smoothie is a healthy, sweet treat, and it couldn’t be simpler to make.

What I love about this blueberry cardamom smoothie is that it has a lovely, sophisticated flavor with very few ingredients. There are only four ingredients in this smoothie, so you can throw it together quickly for breakfast or a snack.
If you want to make this smoothie into a meal, try tossing in some raw cashews, chia or flax, or hemp hearts. The blueberry and banana would also mask a couple of leaves of your favorite dark-and-leafies really well. I love the versatility of this simple recipe.
Blueberry Cardamom Smoothie
Yield: about 2 cups
- 1 banana
- 1/2 package frozen blueberries or 1 cup fresh blueberries
- dash cardamom
- 2 cups non-dairy milk
- Blend everything together until smooth.
