I once told a colleague that I wanted to start "Jane's Revolutionary Knitters Circle" - and she looked at me like I had two heads. "What could possibly be revolutionary about knitting" was her question. Well, knitting or sewing, its how women have nourished their souls and provided necessities of life to their families for centuries. How much more revolutionary could a girl want to be. I'm going to go home and knit now.
