I know, I gush about No Impact Man on here quite a bit, Can you blame me? Colin Beavan is one of my heroes, and he just put the first minute of his documentary on You Tube! Check it:
I just love that his focus is so often on the benefits of an eco-friendly lifestyle beyond its environmental impact: “What’s good for the planet is good for the people.” His family is clearly happier and healthier after the No Impact experiment, and it’s inspiring! I think that if more folks framed the debate in this way – on health and happiness and even on saving money rather than on greenhouse gases – that maybe it would be less of a debate. Everyone wants those things, right?
