I’m not sure what it is about Seed Banks, but I love hearing about these fantastic facilities that are storing the world’s seeds. Maybe it’s that idea of archiving all of that biodiversity…it feels like such a noble thing. Maybe it makes me feel a little safer knowing there are folks out there preserving our food options. It’s hard to say, but this TED Talk gets me all emotional for whatever reason.
