Right, so I know…it’s Tuesday. But! I’ve been meaning since this weekend to say something about Pancake Sunday. We used to do pancakes on the weekends and fell out of the habit, but a couple of days ago I got in a pancakey mood!
I just love making pancakes because they’re pretty easy, sort of impressive, and total comfort food. Dave and I curled up on the couch with pancakes, Fringe (our newest TV obsession), and the cats. It was basically the perfect Sunday afternoon!
I used this recipe from Recipezaar straight up this weekend, but you can totally add mix ins like fruit, nuts, or chocolate chips too!
We ate ours up before I managed to snap a picture, so I snagged this Creative Commons photo by Crystl on Flickr to whet your pancake appetite!
