One of my very favorite things so far about the MOFO is that I’m discovering all sorts of new vegan food bloggers! Three of the four folks in this week’s roundup are brand new to me, and I’m so glad I came across them! Check it:

- The carrot cake cupcake that Cute and Delicious made to celebrate her fourth year as a vegan! I can’t think of a better way to mark the occasion than cupcakes, can you?
- Leigh’s amazing French Toast post. I’ve been wishing for French Toast since she posted this on Saturday!

I was poking around your shop and noticed your lunch kits, which are very cool! I posted recently about to-go ware and I talked about cloth napkins & carrying utensils with us in my blog action day post. I wish I had known about your lunch kits then, I’d have mentioned them! Such a great idea; people are always more likely to follow through when it’s easy for them to get what they need to be prepared!
