I am a Filipina and we cook a lot of food with coconut milk. you could also make vegetable saute with coconut milk. saute garlic and onion, add string beans (cut into 2 inch lengths), add pumpkin (cubed in large chunks), add the coconut milk, and then the swamp cabbage. it works with bitter gourd also, and okra. It&#039;s not really a soup, but more of a vegetable saute with sauce. the coconut milk will thicken from the pumpkin (which will get smushed around the edges as it cooks, it&#039;s the smushed bits that thickens the sauce) alternatively you could add cornstarch. :)</description>
