I’m sure that by now everyone has heard about the devastating earthquake in Haiti.
I couldn’t stomach a light-hearted roundup of cute things from Etsy while reading elsewhere about folks who were suffering so much. Instead, I’ve listed a few places that are working on relief efforts, if you’re able to give:
- Indie Fixx is running a Haiti relief fundraiser.
- Haiti911 has a special page for folks coordinating news and relief efforts
- Make a donation to Save the Children.
- Wold Relief allows you to make a donation and specify that it’s for Haiti earthquake relief.
- Help Oxfam’s relief efforts there.
- Donate $5 for Haiti relief by texting YELE (Wyclef’s Organization) to 501501.
- Donate $10 to the Red Cross by texting HAITI to 90999.
