We had some friends over not too long ago to play Monopoly. What I love about Monopoly isn’t necessarily the game. I love that it’s an excuse to get good, old friends together and sit around a table for hours and hours.

Of course, sitting around a table gabbing and trying not to land on Boardwalk is hungry work! This particular Monopoly night featured a ton of great snacks. My favorite that I made was so simple and tasty, I thought I’d share it here.

This was excellent with sliced apples on the side for dipping, but pretty much anything you’d dip in peanut butter would do!

  • 1/2c of your favorite natural peanut butter
  • 1/4c of your favorite liquid sweetener (I used agave nectar, but maple syrup would me amazing!)
  • 1/4c soy creamer, separated into tablespoons

In a bowl, mix your peanut butter and sweetener, sitrring until it’s fully combined.

Start adding your creamer, one tablespoon at a time. Whip the mixture with a fork in between additions until you have a nice, creamy, dippable texture.

Serve with sliced apples or whatever fruit you like for dipping!

Yum! This was so good, and I meant to ask you what you did to the peanut butter to make it so delicious. Way to be fulfilling all my blog needs lately, Becky!

And I totally agree about the appeal of friends and Monopoly. And snacks!

No problem at all! Bill and I made a batch last night using coconut milk instead of soy, and it was SO GOOD!
