Penne alla Vodka

You guys, this came out so deliciously! It made enough pasta for eight servings or so, and it tasted even better the next day. I loved dressing up the leftovers with mix ins: hot sauce, sunflower seeds, steamed spinach. Between all of the creative additions, it didn’t even feel like I had the same lunch for three days in a row!

Helpful hint: If you use the same pot to make the sauce as you did to cook your pasta, you’re left with just one pot to clean instead of two! Less water/less work/all win.

    Yeah! I can’t believe how easy it was! We made the pasta and sauce in our Dutch oven, so we could even store the leftovers in the same dish. Ultimate laziness!
