I don’t know what was up on Friday, but everywhere I turned, there was awesome chocolatey goodness all over the internet. From good chocolate news to some unbelievably delicious-looking recipes, every time I sat down at the ol’ laptop, I came across something new. Check it:

First, the lovely Tasha of Voracious Vegan finally posted the recipe for her Chocolate Pots de Creme. Good lord, people! Will you look at that fluffy, rich dessert? I sort of want to eat that photo.

Then! Someone over at VegWeb tweeted about a microwave vegan brownie recipe that looks unbelievable. Someone in the comments suggested that reducing the cooking time and flipping the brownies out of the pan results in an awesome frosting situation on top of gooey brownies. Also, you can make them in the microwave. I can’t stress that enough.

And just when I thought I had reached chocolate information overload, the illustrious Jake Richardson informed us that chocolate contains more iron per ounce than beef. That discovery led to this discussion on Facebook, which will probably lead me to the grocery store and then the kitchen for some experimentation!
