This week has been crazy insane. Between getting ready for Grant Park Summer Shade and my writing obligations, there hasn’t been time for elaborate cooking. Luckily, I discovered this super fast method for making tostadas that doesn’t heat up the whole house with the oven.
I was lucky enough to meet Esther of Paragraph Cove while I was out in Portland for the Summit of Awesome. She was selling at a market near the Summit, and I was pretty much smitten with her wares right away!
