The hot peppers in our garden are starting to produce, and that means it’s going to be hot sauce time before we know it! On Monday I shared my latest hot sauce adventure: a green Sriracha hot sauce. I got on a little hot sauce kick last year, and since hot peppers are back in season, I thought I’d round them up here, in case you wanted to try making your own hot sauce.
Making condiments might seem a little daunting, but hot sauce is super easy to make. Once you get the basics down, you can start mashing up recipes to make all sorts of fun concoctions. If you end up remixing any of my recipes, I’d love to hear what you made and how it came out!
