<p>What you are looking at right there is a <a href="http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=315921.0">Painter’s Palette Appetizer Platter</a> by <a href="http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=59848">Banga</a>.  She made a mini loaf of bread using a recipe from <a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0312362919?ie=UTF8&#038;tag=glueglit-20&#038;linkCode=as2&#038;camp=1789&#038;creative=9325&#038;creativeASIN=0312362919">Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day</a><img src="http://www.assoc-amazon.com/e/ir?t=glueglit-20&#038;l=as2&#038;o=1&#038;a=0312362919" width="1" height="1" border="0" alt="" style="border:none !important; margin:0px !important;" />.  Once the bread was done, she cut little compartments in the finished loaf and filled them with <a href="http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=315921.0">different colors of delicious dips</a>!  You could really mix this up all sorts of different ways.  </p>
<p>I especially love the painter&#8217;s brush that she made using fennel for bristles and onion skin to secure things together.  Genius!</p>
<p>The whole thing looks almost too pretty to eat! ALMOST.<br />

<p>I&#8217;ve never made anything with coiled paper, but now I sort of want to give it a whirl!  Have any of you guys tried it?  What sort of glue do you use? If I had to guess, I&#8217;d probably say mod podge, but I&#8217;m not sure how that would hold up to moisture over time for say, a coaster set.<br />
