Hi there, wonderful readers and Facebook friends! Sometimes, when you’re having trouble making a decision, it’s best to just ask the folks it would impact instead of deliberating, so that’s what I’m going to do! I’d really like your feedback on something…help me out?

Hi there, wonderful readers and Facebook friends! Sometimes, when you’re having trouble making a decision, it’s best to just ask the folks it would impact instead of deliberating, so that’s what I’m going to do! I’d really like your feedback on something…help me out?

I maintain a Glue and Glitter fan page that’s separate from my regular Facebook account. The idea was to sort of partition off my crafty life from my life life, but that’s getting to be a little cumbersome. Here’s the question for you guys: what if I stopped updating my fan page and just shared Glue and Glitter updates alongside everything else on my regular ol’ Facebook? Would it be a pain for you?

This would certainly be simpler for me, but I’m totally happy to keep things separate if that’s easier for everyone else. I share other updates on my regular page, like articles I dug, random life updates, and links to some of my latest freelance pieces.

So, with all of that in mind, what do you guys think? Comment away!

My friend Tobi and I were chatting on Facebook not too long ago about yoga. We’re both trying to get back into a regular practice and it’s just so much easier to do something like that with a little support.

My friend Tobi and I were chatting on Facebook not too long ago about yoga. We’re both trying to get back into a regular practice and it’s just so much easier to do something like that with a little support.

Since we’re in different towns, we decided to give each other encouragement via Facebook. I tweeted about my morning yoga, and a few other folks seemed to have a similar goal: getting back into practicing on a regular basis.

I thought it might be fun if we set up a space where we can all share tips, troubles, favorite poses, and support, so Tobi and I started up a Facebook group just for that! It’s called Virtual Yoga Buddies.

If you’re interested in joining our little community, it’s open to anyone at all! I’m really excited to see where this goes!

After lots of playing around, I’m finally able to march into 2007 and create a Facebook fan page for Glue and Glitter! Hurrah!
