Whether you’re gardening on a balcony, in a window, or out in the back yard, planting in interesting containers adds a little extra beauty to your food-growing efforts. When I talked about my garden recently over on my Facebook page a friend mentioned that she wished she had the space to grow her own food. That’s not the first time I’d heard someone say they wanted to grow food but didn’t have any room to do it, but you can actually have a garden even in the smallest space!
There’s something so gratifying about growing food, even if you only have the space to grow a few things. Nothing tastes better than fruits, veggies, and herbs that you planted and nurtured in your own back yard or container garden.
Happy May, you guys! Nothing says spring to me like working out in the garden, but if you have limited space, you might feel like gardening’s not really an option for you. When horizontal space is at a premium, vertical gardening is a great way to grow more food in less space.
