Americans use 2.5 million plastic bottles per hour. Yes, per HOUR. That adds up to more plastic bottles than I can comprehend. Recycling helps, but it’s not a perfect solution by any means. Instead, why not turn those bottles into something new?

I really want to give this a try with the food containers from the Dekalb Farmers Market. I love their prepared food area but hate accumulating all of those plastic containers!
