In a large bowl, toss together the tofu, soy sauce, vinegar, and oil. Set aside to marinate for 10-30 minutes.
Toss the marinated tofu with the cornstarch, then pour into the basket of your air fryer. Cook on 370° F for 20 minutes, shaking after 10 minutes.
