Ingredients
2tablespoonsgrapefruit zest
2tablespoonstangerine zest
1 ½teaspoonslime zest
1 ¾cupsgood vegan gin14 ounces
Instructions
Prepare up your citrus zest. You can use a zester or a knife. I don’t have a zester, so my citrus gin was packed with big pieces of zest. Whatever you decided to do, put all of that yummy zest into a pint size mason jar or other glass jar that holds at least 2 cups of liquid.
Top off the jar with your gin, and close ‘er up.
Shake the jar once a day. Your infusion should be ready in 3 to 5 days. After day 3, open the jar after shaking and smell your gin. If the citrus smell is nice and strong, it’s done. If not, put it back into the fridge and check again tomorrow.
