Sweet-tart Cherry Lemon Smoothie Popsicles are a summer favorite in my house, and they will be in yours, too. You only need three ingredients to make them!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen cherries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  • In your blender, puree the lemon juice, bananas, and cherries until you have as smooth a puree as you can get. You can add up to 1/4 cup water, as needed.
  • Divide the lemon-cherry-banana mixture between six popsicle molds, and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
