In a large bowl, toss the noodles with all of the other ingredients. Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve warm or chill for a cold noodle side dish.

Cooking time will vary, depending on whether you use fresh, frozen, or dried udon noodles. The cooking time listed is for dried.Since 4 servings of noodles can vary from brand to brand, you may need to add more seasoning to get that flavor punch. Start with an extra teaspoon of each liquid seasoning, and go from there. You can also add extra sesame seeds, if needed.Store leftovers in the fridge for up to four days. You can also freeze these. Transfer to a freezer-safe container, and they will keep in the freezer for up to three months. Thaw your sesame noodles in the fridge overnight or add a splash of water and warm them in the microwave.
