Combine the milk and cocoa powder in your blender, and puree until they’re completely incorporated, about a minute.
Pour the chocolate milk into a pint-sized mason jar along with the aquafaba, vodka, sugar, and cinnamon. Screw on the lid, and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
Add a handful of ice, and shake hard again, until the outside of the shaker is chilled. About 20 seconds more.
Strain into a rocks glass, using a long pour. That means you want to hold your jar with the strainer high above the glass. This long pour helps you get good foam, which is what makes this drink so special.
Garnish with the marshmallows, rest a piece of graham cracker on the rim, and serve!
