Ingredients

  • 2 ounces gin
  • 1 ounce vegan elderflower liqueur
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 bottle wheat beer

Instructions

  • Combine the gin, liqueur, and raspberries in a blender, and puree until smooth.
  • Divide the puree between two pint glasses. Top them off with ice, then slowly pour in your wheat beer, tilting the glass and letting the beer run down the side. Give a stir with a straw, and serve garnished with extra raspberries.
