Vegan Red Wine Hot Toddy Recipe
Gingery, lemony Red Wine Hot Toddy is just the thing when you're feeling a little under the weather.

Ingredients

water

fresh ginger
sliced

cup
red wine
½
an ounce white rum
juice of ½ a fresh lemon

tablespoon
maple syrup or coconut nectar
optional, or to taste
Instructions
Put the ginger and water on the stove and bring to a boil. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine the remaining ingredients in a large mug. Strain the hot ginger tea you made right into the cup. Stir, and sip!
