2small clovesgarlicor 1 large clove, or 1-2 teaspoons garlic powder
¼cupwateror more, as needed to reach your desired consistency
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in your blender, and blend until you have a nice, smooth dressing. Add more water by the tablespoon, as needed, to reach your desired consistency. Some tahini can have a more bitter flavor that comes through in the dressing. If your dressing tastes bitter, add a teaspoon or so of maple syrup to balance it out. Blend and taste again.

Notes
If you are using ground spices, you can make this with a whisk in a bowl instead of in the blender. If you can't find tahini, use almond butter instead! Obviously, it's no longer tahini miso dressing, but it is just as delicious with a very similar flavor profile.Keeps for 5-6 days in the fridge.
