Ingredients
½cupsteel cut oats
1 ½cupswater
2medium appleschopped into ½" pieces
1teaspoonground cinnamon
½teaspoonground ginger
⅛teaspoonground nutmeg
maple syrup or unsweetened apple sauceor both, to taste
Instructions
In your Instant Pot, stir together the oats, water, apple pieces and spices. Bring to high pressure, and cook for 5 minutes, with a 10-minute natural release.
Sweeten with maple syrup or applesauce, to taste.

You should still do a 10-minute natural release.Leftovers will keep for 4-6 days in the fridge. Reheat on the stove or in the microwave, and stir in a splash of your favorite plant based milk, if they've thickened up too much in the fridge.
