2-3drops of Cherry Green Tea Bitters or Orange Bitters
Instructions
In the bottom of a rocks glass, muddle together the gin, the fresh pineapple, and the lemon juice. You want to release lots of juice, so make sure you really go for it.
Top off your glass with ice, then finish with 2-3 drops of bitters.
Garnish with a lemon round.
Notes
To make this a mocktail, omit the bitters and use ¼ cup of cold green tea in place of the rum.
