Coconut-Ginger Moscow mule is a creamy twist on this gingery cocktail.

light rum

a fresh lime
juiced (Save the juiced parts!)

cup
coconut milk
(You want the full-fat kind from the can.)

tablespoons
whole basil leaves
Use Thai basil, if you can find it, otherwise regular basil will do the trick. Save a sprig for garnish, too!

ginger beer
(This is a estimate - it will vary depending on your mug size.)
Instructions
Muddle together the rum, lime juice, juiced lime pieces, coconut milk, and basil leaves right in your glass.
Fill the glass with ice, top off with ginger beer, and serve with a sprig of basil as your garnish.
