Banana and Raspberry Smoothie
Ingredients
- ½ cup frozen banana
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- ½ to 1 cup water as needed to get things moving
- ½ cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients, starting with just ½ cup of water, to your blender. Blend until smooth, adding more water as needed to get a nice, smooth mixture.
