Instructions
Transfer the Golden Oreos to a large, sealable plastic bag. Use a can of beans or a rolling pin to crush the cookies until you have a mixture of crumbs and pea-sized pieces.
In a large mixing bowl, whip the vegan cream cheese with your electric mixer until it's nice and fluffy. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla, and beat again, until they're incorporated. Add the Golden Oreos and the whipped topping, and mix again until everything is evenly combined.
Spread the Golden Oreo mixture into your pie crust, making sure to press the mixture evenly into the crust.
Chill for 30 minutes in the freezer or at least 4 hours in the refrigerator before serving.
