Curry Mayonnaise Recipe
Creamy curry mayonnaise is easy to make and full of flavor! Use curry mayo as a dip for veggies or as a sandwich spread. It only takes a few minutes to make!

Ingredients

vegan mayo

tablespoon
+ 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar

tablespoon
curry powder

teaspoon
garlic powder

teaspoon
onion powder
salt and black pepper
to taste
Instructions
In a small bowl , whisk together all of the mayo ingredients. Season to taste with salt and black pepper, and set aside.

Use this as a sandwich spread or to dip veggies, pita bread, etc.
Leftovers will keep for 5-7 days in the fridge.
