Ingredients
1lemonjuiced and zested
½cupnon-dairy yogurt
¼ to ½teaspoonturmericoptional
½cupfrozen mango
½cupnon-dairy milk
½cupice
1tablespoonagave nectaror more or less, to taste, or use sweetener of choice, to taste. Start with no sweetener, if your yogurt and/or milk are sweetened.
Add all of the ingredients to the blender, and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness by slowly adding more sweetener to reach your desired flavor, blending between additions.

How much sweetener you need will depend on the non-dairy milk and yogurt that you choose and your personal tastes. Start low, because you can always add more, if needed, but you can't remove it once it's blended in.Nutritional information is for soy milk, soy yogurt, and 1 tablespoon of agave nectar.
