Combine all of the ingredients in your blender. Puree until smooth, adding more water by the tablespoon, as needed, to get things moving.
Taste and adjust seasoning, blending in between additions. Deepening on how fresh your spices are, you may need to add more dill and onion powder. For more tang, add lemon juice by the tablespoon. If it's too thick, add more water or lemon juice, and if it's too thin, add more tahini.

Leftovers will keep for 5 to 7 days in the refrigerator.To make this sesame-free, replace the tahini and water with a cup of vegan sour cream and ¾ cup vegan mayo. Add lemon juice to taste, since the sour cream will have varying amounts of tang.
