Quick and easy Dilly Tahini Dip takes about five minutes to make in the blender. Use it as a dip for veggies, Buffalo Tofu Bites, or anything that can use a little cool, creamy goodness.
I originally made Dilly Tahini Dip to go with my Buffalo Tofu Bites, but since then, my family has been dipping basically everything in this amazing dressing! It's become such a fave around here, I thought it deserved its very own post.
It's a super basic recipe, with only six ingredients, but the result tastes anything but basic. It's sort of a thick, almost-spreadable tahini ranch dressing. Perfect for dipping your favorite veggies or spicy foods!
Like most four-year-olds, Darrol is picky about his veggies right now. He loves kale salad for whatever reason, but otherwise, getting him to eat his vegetables is kind of a chore. But if I tell him that he can dunk them in Dilly Tahini Dip, he is all about it! And since it only takes five minutes to make this easy dip in the blender, we have been eating it almost daily lately.
Even if you're not a picky veggie eater, though, you're going to love this tahini dip. It's great party food, and you can thin it out with a bit more water and lemon juice, if you want to turn it into a pourable salad dressing. It's so versatile!
If you don't have a blender, you can still make this recipe. Just mince or press your garlic cloves, and whisk everything together in a bowl until the ingredients are well combined. Your other option for hand-mixing is to use a teaspoon of garlic powder instead of the whole cloves, which will yield a smoother hand-mixed dip.
