In a medium bowl, mix together the oats, baking powder, salt, and flax meal.
Add the vegan milk, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and maple syrup, and mix well. Then, stir in the blueberries.
Transfer the mixture to an 8-ounce, oven-safe ramekin, and cover with foil. Make sure that the foil doesn't go to the bottom of the ramekin, because you don't want it to scratch your air fryer basket.
Air fry at 350° F for 10 minutes, then carefully remove the foil and air fry at 350° F for another 7 to 10 minutes, or until it's browned on top. Let it cool for five to 10 minutes.
Drizzle with the peanut butter and preserves, and serve.
