Looking for vegan Girl Scout Cookies? I've got you covered with this guide to all the vegan options!

When you're shopping for vegan Girl Scout cookies, it's all about the bakery. The Girl Scouts use two different bakeries: ABC Bakers and Little Brownie Bakers.
ABC offers six vegan cookies, while Little Brownie Bakers only makes one type.
I live in Georgia, which is a Little Brownie Bakers region, so I ordered ABC Bakers cookies from a Scout in California, who I found on this list of trans Girl Scouts.
🥜 Vegan Girl Scout Cookies from ABC Bakers
- Adventurefuls - Brownie-inspired cookies with salted caramel cream in the center.
- Caramel Chocolate Chip - These cookies are also gluten-free!
- Toast-Yay! - Icing-backed French toast-inspired cookies.
- Peanut Butter Patties - Cookies with peanut butter on top that are dipped in chocolate.
- Thin Mints - Chocolate mint cookies with a chocolate coating.
- Lemonades - Lemon shortbread cookies with lemon icing.
🍫 Little Brownie Bakers Options
At this time, the only vegan Girl Scout cookies that Little Brownie Bakers offers is the Thin Mints.
🥥 Make your own Samoas!
Right now, there are no vegan Samoas available from either Girl Scouts bakery, but Kristina over at Spa Bettie has an amazing, easy recipe for homemade vegan Samoas. And they're gluten-free, too!
💬 Vegan Girl Scout Cookies Review
I ordered four of the six varieties of ABC Bakers cookies to try on the podcast. Dave hates lemon, so I skipped the Lemonades, though I regret it, because they sound delicious!
And I skipped ordering Thin Mints, because here in Georgia, they are our only option, so we've eaten tons of them. We love Thin Mints. If you like crunchy cookies covered in creamy chocolate with a hint of mint, you'll love them, too.
🍀 Adventurefuls
The Adventurefuls are a chocolate cookie with a caramel thumbprint in the middle and chocolate stripes.
The cookie texture itself reminds me of the Thin Mints, as did the texture of the chocolate. There's no mint taste, I'm just talking texture here.
The caramel part was harder than I thought it would be but worked well with the cookie and chocolate stripes. If a Thin Mint was chocolate-caramel instead of chocolate-mint, it would be this cookie.
I'm in.
🍀 Caramel Chocolate Chip
These are the only vegan and gluten-free variety offered right now. Right out of the bag, these look like they have the texture of those Famous Amos cookies that I used to eat as a kid.
The cookies themselves are caramel-flavored and the texture is on the cakey/crumbly side, which I didn't love. And as you chewed, it turned sort of gummy in mu mouth, which wasn't ideal.
There are better gluten-free vegan cookies out there, but I also wouldn't pass them up if someone offered me one. They were generous with the mini chocolate chips in these, which I enjoyed a lot!
These were an overall miss for me.
🍀 Peanut Butter Patties
Peanut Butter Patties and Girl Scout cookies go way back, and I remember enjoying these as a kid. The vegan version did not disappoint!
The cookie had the same, buttery flavor and crunch, the peanut butter was rich and creamy, and the chocolate coating was just right.
If you love peanut butter, these are a must-have.
🍀 Toast-Yay!
The Toast-Yay! cookies are much bigger than you'd think, based on the picture on the box. Each cookie is about 2" square!
I usually prefer some chocolate in my cookies, but this vanilla-cinnamon butter cookie with vanilla frosting really won me over. I'd love to dip it into a matcha latte or some vegan hot chocolate!
Overall, I'd get most of these again, with the exception of the chocolate caramel chip. I do appreciate them offering a vgf cookie. The recipe just needs some tweaks, I think.
