Parsley is full of awesome vitamins and minerals, and it adds a refreshing bit of oomph to any smoothie. It’s so nice with tart, tangy raspberry and sweet frozen banana. This raspberry green smoothie is a fresh, sweet treat or start to your day.

Banana Berry Fresh: Raspberry Green Smoothie
Yield: 1 raspberry green smoothie
- 1/2 cup frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- small handful fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2-1 cup water (as needed to get things moving)
- 4 ice cubes
- Blend everything together until nice and smooth.
